Carolina Value Village

This place is creapy! You go there to shop & have Latinos all in front of the store. You go into the sore & see Latinos sitting around the furniture. They're constantly eiter on the phone, talking outloud in Spanish, having the TOYS babysit their children. You say something t them & they snub you. Even the Latino Manager has a snotty attitude toward a black customer & cashier. SOOOOO not the kind of place I'd feel comfortable taking my family to.

My personal observation regarding the service was that the staff was arrogant. I cannot attest to the matter of whether or not that they are racist or not, but they could stand some formal training on humility and the fact that it's the community that helps to keep the doors of this establishment open. It's wonderful to have standards, but balance it out with gratitude and let your customers know that you appreciate their business.

Always hot, air conditioner doesn't work well. Better selection and pricing in this store than some other value villages!
