I donated here and I was told to put it by the back door with 3 clerks standing at the cash register,very rude. My friend made a purchase and the manager forgot to put it in the bag, when we got home.my friend didn't have her purchase we called to get a rep yelling to the manager talking back and forth about us, finally the girls said the manager said she thought you didn't want it. I paid for it! I gave up and hung up. 0 customer service never going back and it is dirty, had to wash e erything I got...twice over just in case.
