We found a few nice things, but I am handicapped, and my grand-daughter, 4 years old was acting like a 4 yr old, and they had no understanding whatsoever. Looking down at us and with total disrespect. Very nasty and rude. Dana and Norris were their names. They should absolutely not be working in customer service, especially for St Vincent Depaul. It is a disgrace to the Church and Organization.
