BEWARE OF I purchased a crystal necklace and other items. When I got home the necklace was no where to be found. I called the store to report that the cash register person did not put be necklace in the bag. They put me on the phone with the fellow (S) . He claimed that he did not see it. I could tell that he knew that he knew what he did with the necklace. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that she was going to investigate then she will call me. Since I never heard from anyone from unique thrift store. So beware. Check your bag before leaving the store.

Worst customer service. Most recent example, I told the jewelry person that I was going to take a bracelet and just hold onto it for a moment. Another person asked to see it and he handed it to him. That person refused to give it back to him. I explained that I was taking it as well as the salesperson told him he made a mistake handing it to him. The store manager would not even get involved.

Too pricey. I mean really $19.99 for a used New York & Company blouse. This was the price range for most of the clothes. I might as well go to the actual store and purchase this item new.

I'm from MD and I barely comment on business. But this has to be said that this place is a waste of time. Due to the high pricing for items that should be half of the asking price. And the staff isnt so great. Yes, things are more expensive in NY but that's no excuse for highway robbery for second hand items. You might as well go to Forever 21 and grab some brand new clothes

Greatest shopping experience !!! I love Unique!!

Some of the clothes are so expensive, you might as well buy them from a department store.
