Seems to have a high volume of donations, so new merchandise is always appearing. Typical Goodwill (over)pricing, but some bargains if you dig deep.

Most goodwill's in Portland are overpriced. This one really likes to mark up the prices on better brands. $19.99 for a used (donated) cotton top. I won't be back.
