I have been able to buy nice (overpriced) new, with tags, dresses. The most I've paid has been $15. I have seen dresses priced at $30+. The cashiers were bragging, as I checked out, about how they save the best items for each other.

This is a nice GW, not your typical overpriced and fancy GW, and I believe is in an old church. Have to look a little harder to find good stuff, but it's there.
