Goodwill Retail Store

The customer service here is terrible. They roll their eyes at you when you ask for help looking at something in a locked cabinet or if something doesn't have a price. Also, they price stuff WAY TOO HIGH. This store is a joke.

Since the old manager went to Salisbury (Tess) The store has gone DOWNHILL FAST! The new managers are rascist and nasty and the prices have gone totally through the roof. I used to spend $100.00 a day there but no more as the prices are crazy! I am retired and many of us old timers that were the backbone of this store are dropping away from going here due to the nastiness of the managers and the fact they have literally destroyed it by raising prices to MORE than Marshalls and TJ Maxx! Why spend $10.00 for a USED under armour shirt when you can get it NEW at Maxx for $9.99! What are they thinking? Fire these poor excuses for managers that the employees loathe and get some real managers in here before all the regular customers that made this the highest producing store are GONE forever!

If you had a minus rating, this store would get it from me for customer service. Some of the rudest people I have ever run across! I don't go in there for that reason, although I normally love "poking through" resale and antiques stores. I also don't donate there for the same reason. Clothing is overpriced, store too jammed (people and racks of clothing) to properly look.

This Goodwill store is very expensive compared to other stores I've been to. There is also a very limited selection of plus size clothes.

Everything marked "Boutique" is never marked down and the price is comparable to prices at discount stores such as Target, TJ Maxx or Marshalls. Prices are way out of line.

Huge selection of clothes and household items, plus a small furniture section. Prices are somewhat steep, but there are interesting things to be found here. One big drawback: no public bathroom.

Go the last Saturday of every month...all clothes are 50% off that day.

Good plus-size women's clothes, though hard to find. Very uneven selection. Staff range from "I love my job!" to downright mean. Gum all over dressing rooms--eww! Occasional bargains on glassware/housewares.

I think this store is very overpriced. It's amazing what they charge for donated items. Also, the only real sales they hold are on the last Saturday of the month when all of the clothing is half off. The only problem is that there are so many people there on that day that you wait in line forever.

OVERPRICED!! I guess because this store is in Annapolis they think everything should cost an extra $2-3 more than at any other GW. I don't even consider this to be like a real GW because it's so overpriced. They are also very wasteful and snobby about what donations they'll take and either refuse stuff or throw it straight into the dumpster behind the building.
