Goodwill Industries Thrift Store

This used to be a good store, but more recent management has turned this location into a joke with their absurd, confused prices, and with how many things they send out of the store to sell on their lousy auction site. This store is a perfect example of how to turn a regular customer into someone who no longer finds it worth even stepping foot inside this store. They need to evaluate what their business plan is and worry less about how they look on PAPER and more about their actual sales numbers, instead of what dollar amount they can price everyday. These people need serious help.

very trashy aisles and not organized. Dirty areas. Shoes are disgusting. I will not donate since they don't care about the merchandise that is higher than Macy's clearance sales!

Prices way too high.

Very over-priced. Occasionally you can find a deal, when it is a half-off color. Employees not very helpful but the store is generally clean and organized (except the toy aisle, you can barely even bring a cart down that aisle most of the time).

The Albany Goodwill is high priced on everything except some household goods in my opinion.

Goodwill is overpriced. When I e-mailed them regarding how overpriced our store was, they were rude. Their response was that they were not in the market of selling underprices items. Underpriced??? What about just fair and reasonable???

WAY OVERPRICED!

as is usual Goodwill is way over priced in their clothing, collectables ie records glass etc and 2nd hand household goods deals tend to center around electronics, furniture, decorations, books and clothing accessories
