This Thrift Store is awesome! The people are great and everything is organized. For some that do not know what a Thrift Store is - it is a store that sells secondhand items to raise money for a charitable institution.

This is NOT a thrift store. It's an expensive antiques store that happens to have its inventory donated.

I think there items are just alittle high but they have great quality stuff and the staff is very friendly and it all goes for a great cause.

I used to shop Safe Harbor every week, but now they seem to price their donations more as Antique prices not that for a thrift store. The only real value I find there is on their clothing items & they really are priced low & are generally very nice.

I am a weekly customer! My daughter (from stl) must go to safe harbor when she is home!! best thrift shop that i have ever been to!

And it's all for a great cause: to support Safe Harbor Animal sanctuary, which has over 100 cats. They are the only no-kill cat sanctuary in the area. The store is staffed by all-volunteers and if you donate items they'll give you a receipt for your taxes. I love this place. You will too!
