WOW! I felt like the selection was quite wide, considering they rely wholely on donations. Neatly organized into depts, pretty readily available staff. Clean and well-stocked with with what seems to be a pretty small staff.

ARBITRARY CUSTOMER SERVICE: Rude rigid manager. One sign only for half price day. While paying $35(thought it was half price) for med dog cage, I asked if half price at check-out..cashier replied no,clothes only. I told her I didn't want the cage-but she was really rushing & had just rung it up & would not refund as she'd picked up cash on the counter & change money was being placed in my hand. (I was quite stunned). I stood at register until spoke to manager who refused to understand honest (split second) mistake & said no refunds were "the rule"-she was seriously condescending -telling the cashier she didn't need to offer me a store credit if she didn't want to, so I took the dog cage as I'm rescuing 20 stray cats & needed it.

a LOT to choose from as far as furniture but the clothes aren't great, staff is usually busy and the lines can be bad but if you do find something it's usually worth it
