High prices, filthy products, NO customer service. Last time I shopped here I corrected an employee on the price of an item and she gave me an attitude, even though she fixed the issue and I was right!

Since the new manager came about 2 years ago the price went crazy. Dresses $20 and $12 blouse. I could get a better deal at TJmaxx. Some of the new items that were donated from Target are the same price as at Target. What's a point go to this store?

Overall the store is ok however on several occasions the 1/2 priced items were moved in the storage area and not available to customers. What's the point of having half price sales if the items are not available to customers. Also they are hiking up the prices on name brand items

Selection is pretty standard for a Goodwill in this area. Mainly clothes, with a large selection of DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, audio cassettes, records, and books. Additionally, you can find some housewares, dishes, etc. Pricing on clothing is great. Where else can you get a pair of Dockers pants in like-new condition for $2.49 (I bought them on a half-price day, so normally $4.99, which is still a bargain)? DVDs are priced at $3.99 each unless otherwise marked. Some of the cheap DVDs (ex. public domain cartoons/movies, etc.) are priced at $0.99-$1.99. CDs are around $1.99 each. Organized well; my only comment is that clothes are sorted by color and not size. Employees/customer service is average, and store is clean.

The customer service is extremely poor at this store. I was standing in line recently as a woman in front of me was being berated by the cashier. I told the cashier she had been rude to the woman for no reason, she told me I didn't have to shop there if I didn't like it. I'm not that desperate for high priced used stuff. After shopping there for over 10 years, I will not spend my money there ever again.

Pricing is pretty high for mediocre things. The one thing I HATE about his store is the staff. Cashiers need to be waiting for customers 24/7. Just because theirs no around doesn't mean you can just leave and do whatever pleases you. Sometimes people go to cashiers to ask for stuff. At least they organize their clothing by color. Other then that, this is a mediocre store.

Its clean. Pricing is higher then other goodwills in NJ, staff is horrible, maybe they are short handed but waiting 10 minutes for a caisher because they are outside smoking and no one else can ring people up is ridiculous. The only good thing if you have the patients for a rude staff and slow moving line to pay is their double color half off wed.

Great goodwill in comparison to others. It depends on who is working, some of the staff is not at all helpful but the majority is. Huge selection of clothes but you it takes time to go through all the racks as they are just orginized by categories. Houseware section is a mess though! cleanliness is great, just use handsanitizer when you are done looking, come on even the staff wears gloves to put the stuff out!

I have found the best clothes here! You have to be patient and look through the rows and rows of racks. I have found a Diane Von Furstenberg blouse for $3.00, a Tahari suit for $10.00, and great sweaters and blouse in excellent condition.

Lots of clothes, fewer housewares. Mostly cheaper items from the last decade. A little dirty, especially compared to other goodwill shops.

The store is very disorganized. Clothes not separated by size. Very messy in the houseware area.
