Maybe the store was different last year. I found the staff helpful and the pricing in line with other thrifts.

Wayyy overpriced. It looks like they are trying to keep out people who NEED bargains. Very snooty workers and Kelly is just plain rude and obnoxious. Sorry, but this is not somewhere I will spend my money again.You people might want to check the definition of thrift.

Always over priced and HORRIBLY rude staff members make this place unbearable and not worth going to! Kelly who is some form of lead or manager is loud, obnoxious and screams throughout the store. Not a good thrift store honestly feel that Goodwill has better products, pricing, and MUCH better staff. Seriously these people treat you worse than Walmart employees. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything!

OVERPRICED. Nice items, but way too high. Staff is not pleasant. Clean. Lots of items, but due to high prices, items do not move.

This store has a great selection but you will have to pay super high prices to get it. MIGHT AS WELL GO TO THE MALL.

Prices are ridiculous, staff is nasty. Overload, i assume due to high prices items don't sell, looks like a hoarder's garage

Someone setting the pricing has got the whole idea upside backwards. The stuff is used! I will never pay new prices for old goods.

This is a very nice store, but is VERY over priced. Staff is rude and that includes the manager Kelly. She, is rudest of all.Very clean.

Lots of stuff but the workers are very rude.

The manager is defensive and unwilling to negotiate overpriced Items. The volunteers are not very friendly. The no purse rule is insulting.

I won't go there if I can't take my purse in the store. I don't want to be treated as a criminal. These are people of faith?

Nice selection of just about everything. As others have mentioned, prices can be ridiculously high! They'd sell more if they lowered their prices. As far as customer service, I find most of their volunteers to be mostly apathetic.

Very nice selection of ladies wear, brand names and great prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The manager is consistently rude. Doesnt she realize she represents her church and God?

I was a little turned off by the "No Handbags" sign on the front of the door. Once I got in the store, there was alot to look at. It was pricey for a thrift shop, but a great selection of unique items! The ladies did have to finish their convo before they noticed I was standing and waiting to ask a question, though!:)

the ladies are not friendly and bicker between themselves. prices are too high. I purchased an item, was so happy until I found I had paid the retail price for it. I thought this was a thrift shop, they need to go to other shops to compare the pricing. they are way tooooooooooooo high.

even though the building is new and beautiful, it really is too pricey for the quality available

Always a great experience. Priced appropriately with a huge gorgeous store. Always a loving smile and a kind word. These ladies and this store set the bar high.

New modern building has been completed. This shopping site is an absolute "MUST" now on every thrifty shopper's list.
