Clothes smell like urine. Bad idea for clothes . Whoever thought of it must be a dizzy lady

when i called this store to ask for guidelines for donating furniture, the person who answered the phone, when i asked what was meant by a statement she made, said she was busy and hung up on me. so i will never give money or any donations to habitat.

Nice people but the clothes smell bad like urinev .Prices to high on furniture when not sale. Not a very good representation of Habitat with all the smelly clothes and needed more tools and appliances

Feb 2017..The most helpful gentlemen helped me find a bed frame today. They were so nice. Store is not as bad as reviews. Today I think everything in the store was 1/2 price. Give it a try. My experience was good. They even loaded my car for me.

Manager is nice but the lady Sue who donated building is a drunk stay away

We love this store-we have seen them have all furniture steam cleaned-great sales when you hit it right-it has saved us a lot of money on those little things-and a great cause & place to donate too.

Must have been a friend on the previos post. This store is high priced,low quality items. Clothing is way overpriced. Jimmy Carter and Habitat should get there money back from anyone who said they cleaned up this place. Former volunteer 2011-2013

This store is awesome! Trish Labus and her staff have created a clean, pleasant store to shop for the best deals around! Definitely worth the trip!

Store is over priced. Clothing is leftover yard sale items. Little building items mostly high priced furniture and odd clothing that was a little soiled. To bad

The huge Frankenstien bleached blonde manager is clue less. She has driven this store down to a dirty high priced place. If you want a toxic store this for you. Trish Labus should be fired! Habitat is a great cause but this lady has drug issues and should be not allowed to drink at the store even if its just wine.

Over priced unfriendly...last place I would shop thrift!

Volunteered here for 2 yrs. Pricing is off the wall. Some things are just plain garbage and should be thrown out. Managerial staff ill-equipped for the job.

Staff seemed too self absorbed to talk about what was forsale and what wasn't. Have seen great buys on buidling materials off season, but was picked clean last visit in December. The furniture was laughably overpriced, funky smelling, and stained. The clothing department was flat out creepy.

Store manager Trish very unwilling to price items that were greatly overpriced. Store does not have building materials but mostly odd clothes that seem out of place and filled with an odor. THe manager also would not take our donation of doors so we gave them to THe Salvation Army up the road. BY pass this store and save yourself the stress of dealing with a poorly run operation,Jimmy Carter would have a fit!!

We donated many wonderful things here. The last time we did, one of the guys working at the drop off (with teeth missing, was terrible with us and we put all our things back in the car and took them someplace that was very, very happy to get it. We will NEVER go there again.

Cancey is the best & has a great staff! We bought a leather sectional, a sofa, 2 leather recliner chairs, lamps and tables all in next to new condition, very, very reasonable! They will work with you on pricing! Thank you Cancey & staff!

Very clean store and the sales people are super nice. I bought several pieces of furniture earlier this month. The store was mobbed with snow birds. They do a very good business. I noticed that the second time I went back, the prices were much higher. A wicker sofa set was $500.00 probably more than the original price and they had another sofa with matching loveseat for $750.00 which was discolored. I found a new sofa at a furniture store for less. What are thy thinking?
