I stopped by the store to do some shopping. I found the store to be unsanitary and need of professional cleaning. Not to mention the rude employees. I would never go back. Please stay away !!

RUDE PEOPLE ,,ESPECIALLY Lynn was Rude. I thought this was suppose to be a Christian ministry ,,?? These people give Christians a bad name

About 2 years ago KCM with no warning closed the Mason Road Store due to rising building costs. The Katy Proper First Street@Pin Oak Road near Railroad tracks is now the only Katy location. All staff has turned over in past few years. Very sadly, KCM Katy has gone from a well run, friendly, clean business to an unpleasant disgrace to the city of Katy. The store is filthy, jammed full of well worn, faded clothing, household items and furniture which 90 percent should have been culled and trashed. Good condition, barely used items are non-existent HERE. I have shopped and donated at Katy KCM Resale Shops since they opened 20 years ago. Staff taking in donations don't want to handle customers and items repeatedly extremely rude. I now donate everything and shop at the Katy Mills area Goodwill. My views are based on 10+ donor trips of new merchandise this year (2014) and 15+ stops to shop the store. I am very saddened to see KCM go downhill. I sadly recommend Shoppers and Donations go to Goodwill Katy 77494.

I miss the KCM on Mason Rd. It was clean, organized and friendly people worked there.

The store on mason..RUDE,RUDE, RUDE. And the watch you like you are gonna steal their plasic bags.

This is a smaller sister store and I prefer it. The staff is wonderful.
