If you're looking for housewares, linens, and good furniture. This is where you need to stop. They have recently reopened their store on Mercury Blvd with a whole new selection of new stuff. I have gotten so many things for my home brand new in the box for cheap. I love it! The best part? It doesn't smell like a thrift store. You know what I'm talking about. These people clearly keep the place clean and care about the store. They also offer a shopper card that gets your discounts. I just love this place!

Definitely the best thrift store in town. It is always so organized and clean! They also have the best selection! And just to touch base on the "for-profit" thing, they donate a percentage of their profits to an organization- just like CHKD, Goodwill, and DAV. The ONLY thrift store around here that is non-profit is the Boys & Girls Club (Hint: if you pay tax at a store, its not nonprofit!)

In my opinion they have the absolute best selection and it is very very organized, the prices are a little higher but it's definitely worth it for what you're getting. They also have a lot of designer clothes and purses

I visit Village Thrift weekly at both this location and their newest store in Hampton on Mercury Blvd. The cleanliness and organization put them well above any other thrift store around. I find a great deal every time I shop so I would condider pricing and selection to be great! I usually don't reference other reviews in my review but I wanted to touch on the "For Profit" thing. Technically, if a store donates 10% of sales to an organization then in reality that is much more than a "non-profit" who has to pay employees, bills, supplies, other overhead expenses prior to giving what they actually "made" to their organization of choice. How many businesses do you know of who actual report a gain? So all in all I will continue to shop and donate to this store because I support the Arc and its mission and they surely wouldn't allow Village Thrift to use their logo if a monetary gain was not in place.

I do not recommend this place. The managers take ALL the good stuff for themselves. My sister went in there and found a really cute new top, and the manager said, "Oh, no! I guess I missed this one!" Meaning she takes everything even worth buying. $15 for ratty old dresses? Think again. I'd open up a better thrift store right next door if the area wasn't so ghetto. Hurry up and take over, CNU!

I love this place. It is my absolute favorite thrift store in the area. They have a great selection of vintage merchandise at outstanding prices! Also, the customer service is exceptional! As far as appearance it is always clean and organized! Couldn't ask for a better place to go shop!

No dressing room, No refunds and no exchanges. Also they don't pay there employees their last paychecks after letting them go. A friend of mine has not received her last paycheck and it's been almost 3 weeks I think. Not good business.. They also advertise like they support the ARC a great deal, but I was told by an employee that they only donate 10% of their profits. Oh but they do have donation jars, but if they don't pay their employee then how am I supposed to believe they give that money to the ARC? I won't shop there again.

It may look nice, but someone's smoking the coach in the back to be asking for those prices. ALSO- don't give to this thrift store; It is a for profit thrift that only give 10% of the profits away to the ARC cause. Give to CHKD or Goodwill if you want to do good with your donation.

very nice helpful young man works there. excellent customer service. the others are pretty good. They have a ton of donations. so many that they had to put up a chain across the parking lot because too many donations at night and no place to put it all... but I don't see a good selection of quality...I would think there would be more good stuff due to donations...great location for drop off

The pricing is more on par with Goodwill. So if you are looking for super-cheap, this is not the place. However, it is well-organized, clean, and friendly.
