this store is something else, we tried to donate a couch from our spare room we just didnt want to goto the dump, it was lightly used, no stains or damage they refused ! and were rude...told us it was "too cheap to re-sell" OMG we wernt selling it we were donating!! we took it over to goodwill and they gladly accepted it. also customer service is non existent in the store..

Items are dirty and cost too much

clean and well organized. pricing is not too bad. I observed the manager telling a customer that she would watch for an item and hold it for her, so good on service too.

This store is amazing. They recently remodeled and reorganized the store and it is much better. They have good prices and always have different stuff every time I go in.

Not a very big store, but I am always able to find a hidden treasure. That is the reason that this is one my list of stops when in Kerrville.

SO OVERPRICED! Small selection, overall drab store.

Not the best place in town, but I do find some good things from time to time. Staff really needs to have some customer service training, though. Most of them are not friendly or helpful at all. Not my first stop, but I do still visit occasionally.

crummy and smelly

Good selection of books and sometimes clothing and household. Their "boutique" section is a mystery to me. I've seen much nicer things in the rest of the store. I don't know what qualifies as boutique to this group. Always a good stop.

Could work on the customer service some days. The organization and cleanliness is getting better- it was VERY unorganized and dirty a few years ago. I'm beginning to make this my second stop when I pass through town.
