Excellent place to find anything for a home project or DIY idea. Everything is affordable and sometimes you find really good steals. Not like a goodwill or salvation army, this is mostly construction stuff except for a nice selections of furniture. Inventory changes often too which is good.

depressing atmosphere for most shoppers but great for builders/DIYers. i am most impressed with selection of doors but BRING YOUR MEASUREMENTS for everything. Furniture selection is horrible; what they have is donated from other thrift stores who couldn't sell the stuff. Also good selection of kitchen cabinets if you're in the market!

If you have a lot of patience, and need random building supplies, this is a great place to go. Lighting, sinks, hardware, windows, door frames... some furniture, but stock is constantly changing. Sometimes you can get great tile there. You just have to check often, and remember to be patient.

We enjoy checking out the "new" items and have been pleased with things we bought as we were doing some remodeling. However, it does seem as though the prices have increased. Just remember, it's helping someone build a home.
