Place is much more organized, clean, and price reduction stickers clearly labeled. No more haggling prices, thank goodness. Love this place.

Some of the workers didn't seem very friendly especially the big guy with shades.

New management, new name, new employees, great prices, furniture not left outdoors, building is air conditioned, courtesy and organized. If you haven't been lately you haven't been!

I love this place I think it's a great place to shop and the prices are great the employees and volunteers have done a lot to make it look really good

Miss the old store prices! New store is more organized but I hate to ask the prices on anything as it's usually higher than I want to pay. No heat or A/C & many items- including wood furniture- left outdoors so very dank & musty. Rarely stop in anymore.

What a change since 2015. Prices now are excellent, it is clean, organized and the staff are great! Way better than before, I am happy to support this store.

There is nothing wrong with the prices there. Less "junk" than you find at other stores. Volunteers put a lot into their work. I don't know why people complain about the prices; I've seen prices a lot higher at other places. As of Jan 2015 I wouldn't shop there anymore. New management is not treating employees or volunteers very well. It's not worth it to work there.

One of the employees freaked out when we went in an area that was not priced yet.The door was opened before we went back their.He starting screaming at us.Very unprofessinal!!!

Way over priced!!! I can get better prices on eBay all day long. NO AC makes the entire place smell musty and nasty, and who would buy furniture that's sitting outside.

Need to rethink how you treat customers and reduce your prices.

This place used to be the best around - but that was back in the late 90's/early 2000's. They have become wayyyy overpriced! If they truly cared about helping others they would try to sell and turnover as many items as possible! Also, my father once bought a fridge and asked the manager to hold another for him that he'd buy the next day. My dad offered a down payment. The manager said not to worry with the down payment, he'd hold it for him. Next day, dad shows up with cash, item has already been sold. Manager completely blew my dad off when questioned. Dishonorable.

Packed with crap that they will never sell do to it being waaaaaaaay overpriced.It looks like they think they are running an antiques mall not a charity.Waste of time.

My favorite thrift store in Central FL

Prices are VERY high. No climate control so musty. Items very crowded- many left outside & very dirty. Many items not priced and hate to ask becasue I know they'll be too high. Rarely stop in anymore.

Boy, these prices have gone up = is this a consignment store or boutique?? Get real, thrift stores are supposed to benefit the customers as well as whatever charity it's giving to.. YUK!

Nothing outside is priced. Would be nice if toys and other items were priced or at least had a price list posted.

Most large items such as furnutue were over priced! For what they were asking for used furniture I could buy new of the same quality or better ei they wanted $325 for a used dresser

Pricing is WAY too high.I have been thrifting for 15 years and this one is the worse on pricing and the ladies that cash you out seem disgruntled.Way too many displays that are not for sale so you have to wait in line to ask if something is for sale or not and most the time it is not.

The staff was rude and prices are way too high.
