I come and visit my family any use to enjoy coming to the store. You have a big guy that has checked us out and he has been rude every time I have been in there. I came in today and I saw a couch priced at $500.00 I can buy new for that. Last time I came in a couch for $1000 .Prices are getting way to high and staff need to learn how to treat people.Also saw employees loading things from warehouse into their own autos.Do they get first choice of stuff you get in? The good wheel puts everything out no hold backs for employees.they can only shop when they are off work..... maybe that's how you should do it. Your store manager is really bad store looks bad since she took over....A very upset customer....maybe won't come back...need to chage...
