Teenagers are very friendly in the store but the older female employees need to be taught friendliness and customer service to everyone not just to people they know.

New management lacks knowledge and is unprofessional. Miss the sweet friendly People who ran the store before. It is missing that great personality now. 😢

Been shopping here for 2 1/2 years. Appreciate that the profits go to charity. The tall blonde store manager is very arrogant and rude. I have learned the hard way to never ask her a question about the store. Kind of sad that they employ such a obnoxious manager.

i hate this store

The store manager Helen is so rude. I have been three different times and the two times she was there she was very rude and unprofessional.

Clean store. Easy to find. Pretty displays...has the feel of a boutique. They used a pretty gift bag for my purchases which reminds me of a resort boutique as well. Saturday hours or the occasional late night would be nice for those customers that work a 9-5 M-F job.

Best organized & cleanest thrift store I have ever been to! High-end, name-brand items often found here at great prices! I am now friends w/ volunteers, employees, & other shoppers there.

I understand that this place is making money for people in need but that doesn't mean they should charge an arm or a leg for used items.

Very picked over for clothing. Had some great housewares, but pricing was a little high on some of the items. The location is in North Edmond which makes it a bit difficult to shop regularly for many of the OKC patrons.

This is by far my favorite thrift store in the area. The proceeds here go to the Hope Center which helps low income families. The selection and organization and quality is awesome here. They also have great sales, with sack sales a couple of times a year, 1/2 price off certain items on a weekly basis. The place smells great too.
