Staff member rude, ungrateful, & unprofessional upon receipt of my donations. She kept saying "I mean...REALLY?" to her co-workers upon taking my items out of the boxes, pricing & placing them around the store. My donations are now going elsewhere (as well as my spending money)!

If you want to pay retail for non-antiques go here. This place expects WAY too much for their used goods.

This is an amazing shop...Never know what you can find...lots of sleepers...bought something for $1.00 and sold it on ebay for $600!!!!

I have found so many great finds. They play the best music and everyone there is so nice. God Bless you all!

Been to this store several times and each time was over charged. Beware of one color being full price and all others "half price" they charge full for all! Too expensive.

Pricey. You could buy new for less than they charge for used items in semi usable condition.

There is nothing thrifty about this store. I went looking for a kitchen table. They had 3 and they wanted $300 for the cheapest one!

Awesome shop! Friendly staff and volunteers....Everything you need you can find at the Hope Chest...and now high end clothing at the Threads of Hope right next store!

I love this shop. Great variety of furniture and nicknacks, household items-varies from day to day!!An adventure!

A little too pricey for a thrift store, but a few bargains when they have a half off sale.

I'm new to Millis and found the Hope Chest accidently. What luck!I've bought household, glassware, books, movies, even furnitue! Threads, next door, has great clothes. Prices, quality, new things every day. I'm hooked.

Lots of Great stuff. Wonderful & Friendly Staff...Excellent Prices....

I can find almost anything that I need and if it's not there, the staff will find and hold it until I return. The goods come and go quickly. but I shop nearly daily and can usually get what I need.

Overpriced! Unhelpful if not downright rude staff. Did I mention overpriced?

Alot of knicknacks a bit pricey but the people are very nice. More like an antique store.

Mostly knickknacks, appliances, books, some furniture; not really any clothing and accessories.
