Overcharged me. Got snotty and sarcastic when I asked her to explain the total. Refused to even look at the price tags, just kept calling me a liar. No, I will not "excuuuuse you!"

Manager is not personable nor good customer service, all employee's however are very friendly and helpful.....very clean and organized but prices are a bit to high i think on some items.

Good selection in each department, some times better than others. Nice to have all adult sizes available. Definitely like this store bettrr than most goodwills.

Clothes too tightly packed, good sale except most of the items I wanted were not on sale. will have to go back and bring more money.

This used to be one of the better stores in Grand Rapids but now it's one of the worst as they have raised by an extreme factor. For example, collared shirts are now almost all priced at $5-10. This is not just the named brands like Nike (which even they would be super expensive) but also included the budget brands that that you can purchase new at stores like Meijer and Walmart for $15 each. I highly suggest that you DO NOT DONATE to this store until they once again make their prices reasonable.

Nice neat clean large store. Organized and labeled where items are located. Two color sales posted by door. Has a Monday sale day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Filled my cart and prices were wonderful!

Great selection and prices, but also very strong thrift-store smell. I couldn't stay long because of my allergies.

Good value. Clothing packed in too tightly; makes it difficult to see items. Large selection of housewares.

The BEST thrift store out there- Same people working, so you can get to know them. Selection is varied-good quality, and the pricing is very fair- each week has two colors that are half off, and the last Tuesday of the month is the whole store half off. By far the BEST.

Use to have great selection. New pricing and overall selection have grealy declined in the last year. Goodwill and Salvation army have better selection. I'd say don't bother.

Re "prices way too high" -- ??? No, much lower than Goodwill and Rustic Market. Biggest selection of housewares and decor in GR. My favorite thrift. Only negative: AWFUL Christian music.

Huge selection of clothing, but no furniture. Decent prices.

Nice store. The people are friendly and the prices are always reasonable. One of my favorite thrift stores.

I like this store a lot. Interesting things, they display their clothes by size not color (my pet peeve in thrift stores)and they put on new stuff all the time. No furniture- but a lot of clothes and knick naks

They have seasonal hours not I guess -- They close at 7:30 for the winter. We got there at 7:15 and were sadly suprised
