The Boutique is as big as some consignment stores, Regular clothing is cheaper than goodwill. Large furniture selection, also have new things.

Talk about high prices!! Nice things but after all they are used items. Can go to a store & pay same for new. Last few times I have walked out empty handed.

Cleanest and most organized retale store I've ever seen!

If you use a credit card so you don't have to carry cash forget about shopping here! Lots of overpriced junk here but there are a few good bargains hidden in this store. Unfortunately, once you find the bargain there'll be some trouble trying to pay for it if you're going to use a credit card. They ask you for $2 in cash upfront before they'll accept your card. When you complain about it later you get a response that's totally hostile to credit cards and they say they don't know what you're talking about with the request for $2 upfront! Bull!!! So if you want to use a credit card here use your phone to make a video of what happens at the cash register and then send it to your card company. Most credit card companies consider this a violation of their merchant agreement and they really want to know if a store is doing this sort of thing. If Upscale wants to put a surcharge on credit card purchases they need to do so according to the card company's guidelines for that, not whatever they want to make up. I don't know why they even claim to accept credit cards at all with their attitude towards them, just go with cash only and stop the little games. The whole thing saddens me because I have supported this store with donations and purchases quite a bit in the past but I will have no further association with them because of this poor business practice.

Friendly staff, good selection of merchandise, pricing is kind of all over the place. I find quite a bit of the clothing, shoes, accessories and furniture to be overpriced for the limited quality and condition. Housewares are generally reasonably priced. Overall, it is a worthwhile place to visit.

Very pricy store, name brands and things in general. It's a turn off. If you got money..its your type of store. If your looking for a THRIFT STORE..look elsewhere.

I was surprised to see so much furniture. Even a few new pieces as well as new mattresses.

Poor selection...overpricing on "name brands" in their "boutique". Plus they sell fake designer purses...which isn't legal. I prefer to stay away from this one.
