Don't bother getting anything from the .99 cent rack. Every single time I get anything off of it the owner trying to sell it to me for full price. Then, when I tell her, she says "Oh...well it wasn't supposed to be there". Shes getting folks by assuming you won't speak up, which is what I had done many times before. I hardly ever go in there unless I have my heart set on thrifting on a lunch break and theres nothing else open. I won't bother any more though since this has happened to me so many times now. Don't bother with this place. I can't stand it when people try to rip folks off
