Pricing has really increased. Space cramped and unorganized. Staff rude and short with customers. Use to be an excellent place for customer service but not anymore. Everyone that works there just seems to be mad.

This place has pretty good modern name brand clothes if you're into that type of thing - not a lot of vintage though (but go upstairs to their formal section - that's fun). Every once in a while you can find a real gem in the housewares section. They have a lot of shoes, too. I don't know how well men fare here - there doesn't seem to be a whole lot for them but I could be wrong.
