The staff at this store were some of the rudest humans I have ever encountered in my life. Couldn't get anybody to help my husband and I load a large cabinet into his truck and then proceeded to talk about us between one another while we were standing right in the general area. Horrible people.

I can always find what I am looking for because they have a large selection

Great prices on some furniture, clothes are over priced for what some are. Staff can be a bit rude.

The Prices are way overpriced , I can buy these clothes new for the same.. The store is always dirty and allot of the staff is rude! They do have a large selection but not sure if it's worth the money or unpleasant experience .

the spencer store is the WORST store I've seen..... what are thinking charging $7.00 for a pair of shorts with a big whole in the backside... dirty, smelly, stained shirts for $5.00 are you kidding.. I needed drinking glasses. Yes, they had them but at $1.00 for used dirty glasses why not go to dollar general and buy new. Who ever is running the show needs to go. worst corp. run store in Ma.

Prices are almost what or exceede what you can get new on clothing. Books are ok price and household knickknacks are hit and miss with pricing. Easy to find location and sales help was helpful

The Best I've been to and I go a lot! Girls are GREAT and the clothes are really nice. Worth the trip, better then most others
