They need to stop with stapling the clothes! I've been scratched a time or 2. Not to mention that they put holes in the clothes that WE donate! The customer service in this store is good but that's about it.

Very difficult to find pants and shirts that fit. Sorting the clothes by color rather than size MAKES NO SENSE and is not customer friendly. Time is valuable-and having to look at every tag to find your size makes it not worth shopping here. Staples do damage the clothes! Policy on not selling clothes without tags needs to be changed!

went to 3 thrift stores in a day this past saturday and this was by far the worst. i hated how they organized the store and it was impossible for me to find one nice shirt after 2 hours of browsing. i bought 2 nice blazers before leaving only b/c i felt like i had to. the furniture selection looked great- but its not for me.

The policy of not selling an item that has no tag is ridiculous! No one is trying to steal items that were donated to the cause! Is it possible YOU failed to tag it? Why do treat people as if they are trying to steal from you?Twice now I have found an item with no tag. Once was after my sister-in-law lost her home to a fire. Her teen boy had no pants to wear. He is very tall and thin. I searched through the whole rack and finally found a pair he could wear. They refused to sell them to me! Where is charity in that? How about if you change the policy? Charge the highest price for the item. For example, if the highest price for jeans is 9.99 then charge that if the person really wants it or needs it immediately. If the price is too high then ask them to come back the next day. Just don't turn people away! You are turning people off!! You seem to value your "things" more than people. What exactly is your mission statement? Is it about money or helping people?

Salvation Army is way overpriced. They put staples in their clothing which causes holes.

They have a great selection of mens sport coats. I purchased 2 last week for a total of $11! They both look terrific after a trip to the dry cleaner

This store has really great clothes and furniture and tons of good books! They have a good deal of smaller items like CDs and jewelry from time to time there are really some nice items. It is near a Brueggers and a Starbucks on Old Liverpool Rd.-can't beat a cup o' joe and a thrifty! They have new arrivals of furniture all the time- keep checking back to this one. I've also found lots and lots of good housewares, and plus sized clothing at this store. Relatively clean and well-run.
