Used to shop at Neiman's & had disposable income. When I became a stay-at-home caretaker, I did not lose my taste for nice quality items even though I lost my posh income. I have found formal to casual ware with the same store labels that I was used to shopping in at a fraction of the price. This includes my gift giving, which has also stayed high quality & has saved me tons of money. Even replaced my grandmother's good dinnerware in the china cabinet with a complete set (different pattern) from VDO, so my EX couldn't get his hands on MY family's good china... & it worked... he never noticed the different pattern (jerk). From the shoes/boots on my feet to the hats on my head, & gold jewelry on my body, plus decor/furniture for my house, I check VDO 1st. BUT, plan on spending some time to dig thru the bad to find the gems. Remember these are previously owned items & you must check for damage before you buy, & clean them before you use them. This is where I have the best luck when thrifting. China and kitchen wares are almost always a sure bet.

This store is a high volume store and Monday's are crazy. The half a good selection but be prepared to go thru lots of bad stuff before finding a good item.

Store has a great selection from awful to great. A little pricey on some items. Has a bad smell.

Huge store with a varity of items available from pure junk to designer. Pricing is mod - high ----but, they offer daily 1/2 price on selected items and $0.50 for some items on Mondays. Definitely worth the drive to check out.
