I shop every Goodwill store I can find from Ohio to West Virginia and from Kentucky to Virginia and this has to be the rudest customer service experience I have ever had. I've noticed ruder Goodwill cashiers lately which is odd considering they used to be the friendliest, especially in WV. All the West Virginia Goodwill stores seem to be going downhill in cleanliness, selection, and customer service.

Not a bad store, but could be a lot better. Prices are mostly reasonable. Always a dirty diaper smell in some areas of the store.

Rude cashiers and no store manager. Good selection but organization is not so great. Shorts are hanging on racks underneath shirts on the floor, so hard to look through those. I'm sure space is an issue here with so much to choose from and small store size. Fairly clean. Only Goodwill I have been to with such a rude cashier though. I only seem to get this one particular cashier every time and she is always rude not only to me but other customers, too. So, I know it's not personal. Even though I do purchase several hundred dollars worth of merchandise everytime I go. Maybe that is extra work for her. Most are very friendly, helpful and happy to sell items.
