Store Profile

A store this size should have more inventory. Also, it is their main distribution center so I don't understand why they don't have a better selection. The staff is OK, but the store needs to be cleaned and staged better. This is the flagship store for the Kanawha Valley so they should really step it up.

Horrible. Every Goodwill in a 50 mile radius is just awful. They are trying to charge antique store prices when they don't provide the same care and quality. They do not care for their things but expect you to pay ridiculously high prices.I found an awesome set of THIRTY enamelware spoons for $1.50 EACH. The manager refused to acknowledge that this was obviously a set and fix it. I will not go back to Goodwill. They used to get a LOT of money from me, too.

This used to be the best thrift store within 100 miles but they no longer offer sales tags, the familiar faces are gone, the new faces are unfriendly with the exception of 2 employees, employees seem stressed and overworked and they just don't seem to have the selection they used to have. What is going on with my former favorite store?

Prices are too high!This is a "poor man's store". Who is the person pricing??

The clothes are well-priced, but the housewares are expensive.
