They overprice everything. I have found things you can buy new at double and triple the cost there.

Some items are very over priced. $3 for a used soft-cover children's book, as an example. :(

don't shop here often because they only accept cash payments!

They seem to think that everything is like gold. There pricing is out of sight.

Seems like only the crappy kids clothes get put out! I've donated loads of nice clothes but never see them on the store floor where do they go?!

I think prices have quadrupled in the last year!!

If a customer walks into your store through your OPEN door one minute before you "open", please do not be rude. I have donated so much here... no longer.

a very friendly store

Volunteers are NOT friends at all. Prices are ridiculously high on certain items. Toys/stuffed animals are way overpriced (they price them individually) and most are dirty and-or broken!

They have a decent furniture selection, but I think that it always seems to be overpriced. Not good selection of clothing at all. . but for household items it's great. I have never had a good customer service experience here - they have been downright rude to me. Cleanliness is average.

I've found some great jewelry and craft items here.

Good selection at times like the beginning of the week and mornings. Things sell fast. Good prices on most. Employees will start pushing people out of the store half hour before the store closes.

All the shelves and clothing racks were mostly empty. I wasnt impressed
