The prices are so high and always getting higher at GW. lots of times higher than retail store . whats the point then. supposed to be lower price for lower income ppl not to be right there with retail. sometimes they charge more than the retail even damaged stuff. ridiculous when its sll donated to GW for free. greedy corporate attitude and bad customer svc at kenosha and other locations. doesnt sound like enough goes to helping ppl and the community. finding other options to donate to and buy from

I hate it when the clothes they sell are dirty and full of pet hair. Don't they have staff who go trough the items and sort out the worst of them? I have allergies!

Clean store, well organized. High prices but not as high as Chicago GW stores.

STORE IS CLEAN.THE PEOPLE DO SPEAK ENGLISH.BIG STORE WITH A GOOD SELECTION.PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN MOST STORES.YOU CAN FIND GOOD THINGS HERE BUT YOUR GOING TO PAY 50% TO 75% OF THE RETAIL COST EASY.

Looks like GW is trying to compete in the retail sector. No longer a thrift based setting. Many things are priced at or above retail. Sorry people, you've forgotten the people who've brought you to where you are today and have become administratively bloated and are pricing yourselves right out of the market.
