As someone who volunteers I can tell you the store is kept very clean, while a bit disorganized. The manager and all employees really care about the animals and the customers. The prices are excellent and the place is friendly!

A dirty, filthy, smelly, mess of a store run by a rude manager with little idea of customer service. Very poor example of thrift shop retailing. Take a look at Hospice or Discovery or Rescue Mission and you'll see a difference.
