Store Profile

Probably one of the worst stores I've ever been in. The front is full of trash that hasn't been cleaned out in months. No brand names at all and most of the stuff looks like it's been ragged out by other stores. I can't remember the last time I walked out of a thrift store with nothing.

They must pull any good clothing out because there are no name brands at all. Their "Featured items" have high prices but in poor condition. I rarely walk out of a thrift store with nothing. No organization - long sleeve with short sleeve with sweaters. Not much effort into making it a nice store.

They decide their book prices when You get to the register. The lady bases it on what she FEELS like charging You. There are much better thrift stores to shop at in Sevierville.

Overpriced for a thrift store. Sports section looked like it was just dumped on the floor. Store was clean except for above mentioned. Huge selection clothing.

Recently moved to new location: much better in every way. Now a superior Goodwill.

Prices are high, selection is poor, quality of items is also surprisingly poor. Lots of things routinely have holes, severe stains, rips. Shocked to see bed linens with a rip in them bigger around that I am. Worst Goodwill store I've ever seen, though the people were nice.

The smelliest, most disorganized Goodwill store I've been in. Not typical at all for a Goodwill store.
