I agree with some of the reviews. The store is very dim, infact when brought to the attention of the cashier, she said they've asked for lighting and to bring it to the attention of the manager. Prices are ridiculously high for JUNK in most cases. I am getting away from Good Will stores because of this and instead will visit the Karm stores. Good Will needs to take lessons from Karm. Only time I will visit a GW now is on 1/2 day but don't go to the Oak Ridge store any longer..it's dirty and terrible lighting.
dirty and very, dim lighting. Difficult to see all of the merchandise, but that is maybe not a bad things since much of it is filthy. This store is a terrible representation for Goodwill Industries. I just moved from Ohio, and the thrift Stores, especially Goodwills have reasonable pricing. In Tennesse, maybe because of the poverty her and people have to shop thrift stores, they rip the customer off. Clothing is priced OK, but hard goods are way out of line and the poorer population groups is getting ripped off right and left. do not shop this store.
Great staff. Always find great stuff. Prices are decent. It's somewhat organized. Love this store!
Mediocre store with great staff. Most items are VERY overpriced, but you can find some good deals. Ex. broken stool for $20, but National Lampoons poster for $.25
