Store Profile

I found an item clearly marked $8. and left it at the check out counter for the clerk to hold while I did further shopping. When I returned to pay the clerk said it was "miss-marked" and was $25. No apology given. The store manager was also unapologetic and insisted on $25, even after I informed her this was an illegal practice. A man behind the counter then became verbally abusive and told me to get out and never come back. Are they allowed to behave this way because they are a "charity" or what?

Staff very scattered, not concerned with donations. Manager very rude. Sad to see as other St. Vincent locations very helpful, friendly, well managed.

out dated and same merchandise week after week. No reason to go in every week.

Front desk staff are very kind. Manager is a little RUDE! Kind of high prices for condition of clothing and shoes. Prices have increased in the last year since new management :(

Many of the larger household items are way overpriced in comparison to a place like Goodwill. Clothes are a bargain. Recently encountered rude staff that bad-mouthed a customer after she had left the store. The employee told me that the woman who had left didn't need to shop there because she was "rich" and their store was for people who couldn't afford clothes elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

This is great store! I always find something lovely, and everything is so reasonably priced. While it may not be the most clean(it is a thrift store people)it is still one of my favorite shops!
