It is a bulk bins store, fabulous for getting cheap goods but unsorted and not always clean. I love this store which doesn't reflect in the ratings. You can get qualtiy items for $0.89 a pound if you are willing to search. Larger items priced well below boutique thirft store prices as well as clothes and toys.
