Employees never greeted or smiled once when I was in there. I have been to several Goodwills across Erie, Ottawa and Sandusky Counties and have felt the same about all three stores. It is sad because their mission is great, I just don't understand how an organization can have such a poor customer service. I also do not understand how some things were marked up to 800 dollars. Who visits a Goodwill store with that kind of money to purchase one thing?
