Seems to be busy majority of the time. Half price clothes for the week are located on 2+ racks close to the register toward the back of the store. I go often and they have moderate turnover in their items. Seems to be picked over pretty well so you have to look hard for real deals. Dressing rooms almost always clean and not cluttered.
