Unlike other Goodwill stores, signs don't say for instance, "short-sleeved blouses $3.99." Instead, they say "Blouses $3.99 and up." I asked the price of a silk blouse and was told $10.00. But the cashier rang up $18.00! They refused to charge me the $10.00 I had been quoted. I got the feeling the staff looks people over and decides what to charge. Considering all the great NY thrift shops, why go to this one?
