You can't give it a negative number for the pricing.Since oil people and flood in 2011 their prices are even higher than before. They used to have bag sales 2x a year but are too greedy so 1 week 2x year sell items for .99 & .49. Big deal

Tons of NEW items from target. Prices on some items are a little high for my taste but I still walked out the door with a bag full. Store is a little cramped because there is so much inventory!
