Store Profile

I used to shop at this Goodwill on a regular basis. I stopped shopping here because the store is often messy. The items are also overpriced for a thrift store. The furniture at this Goodwill is usually in not great condition and very overpriced! I have found much better thrift stores in the area with excellent prices and better quality items.

Lots of items are priced at same or higher than new in a retail store,..and lately it even got worse...(at least in the Lawrencevill Ga. stores...they are separating some merchandise as if it was a boutique item...pricing it higher than the regular Good will price for that particular item. This kills the entusiast of going there just for the fun of finding something at a bargain. I have for this reason searched for alternatives, and found for eg. very nice mens polo shirts, new with tags discounted down to $4.99 at retail stores, rather than a used worn one with a pin hole created with the tag gun and maybe even stained or missing a buttn, from GW. Thanks to GW greedy pricing, I have found other alternatives to dress on the cheap.

A bit too dark inside and hard to find the sizes you want.

The prices on this store are very high. some stuff are more pricey than at the regular store.

A lot of the employees are Bosnian refugees and most are very nice. Recent management change and price increases have discouraged me after 17 yrs shopping there.
