Most items are WAY overpriced, even though the money goes to a great cause ( The Gloria Steinem Foundation, helps bettered and abused women.) There is also a snobby feeling to the place, like they know you aren't going to buy much because you aren't rich enough to pay their very high prices. They need to work on that and their prices to make the store more customer friendly.
