I was a frequent shopper for over 3 years and sadly this place has only been getting worse. I was asked to leave and never return because I made an employee feel uncomfortable yet they allow thieves and people that start fights to return. I attribute it to bad managment

You have to deal with people acting a fool but if you have the right temperament then this is for you. A lot of standing around waiting for bins to come out. Dealing with rude employees and people. But sometimes you get lucky and find gold.

The idea of this is fantastic, but you literally have to fight people like animals for anything decent. And, i saw my first bed bug ever here... crawling up the sleeve of my coat. Needless to say, won't be visiting again.

You can find the most amazing deals ever at the outlet but you have to have the right personality to shop here. Employees will literally yell at you. Customers will literally push you. I have seen punches thrown. I have seen the cops called. This is not your normal Goodwill.
