Store Profile

Those ladies were so rude and that place is really not safe for customers to walk thru cause I saw another person fall over at that stuffs.So pray she didn't break a bone or that store going to pay for her doctor bill.And it's not right for others to pay full prices while others get half off saying they brought donations.They even give stuffs away to people who wanted certain items free that work at reach insurance was overheard from those ladies.I give that store 1 star..It's an unsafe place with too much stuffs that endanger customers.Should got a bigger building with better lighting and uncluttered.

If you notice damage after you purchase an item the owner will NOT refund or exchange! The store has very poor lighting and it's hard to see all damages. Even when you notice damage before walking out the door she still refuses to exchange or refund.

3 Stars.. Need to have a Blow out Sale to make room in the Store it is so Cluttered..i think the Prices on some items are Great. The Owner I think her Name is Gloria makes up Prices on some things depending on how She's feeling that Day..the Outside is Horrible things sit out in the Rain and instead of giving it away She sales it and She(Gloria) is not Friendly at all to be the Owner..she (Gloria) doesn't make you feel Welcome at all even when you try talking to her.. while you are talking to her she(Gloria) talks to those Customers she know .The WORKERS are Friendly.. .I have watched her be short with so many people..As A Business Person you are Suppose to treat your Customers Special and appreciated..Yes even in a Thrift Store...I understand that ...Helping Hands Does Great things in the Community.. for those that need there Services and for that she(Gloria) should be Applauded ...But Don't Forget it's based on the Donations.and Being "KIND" to Everybody is FREE

This is a great organization that helps lots of people in need!! Their prices and selection is the BEST!!

This is the most cluttered, dirty, junk place I have ever been in. And, if you pay for a large item, leave it, and pick it up on a different day, and then find that something on it is now broken (after paying for it), they will NOT refund your money even though it never left the store! I will inform everyone that I know not to go here. It's disgusting!
