Very surprised about the last review. The owner expressed that she was very upset when she read it. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE PERSON SAID THEY SAT IN FRONT OF THE STORE AT 10:20 am....THE HOURS ON THE DOOR CLEARLY SAY 11:00 am. SO WHY WOULD YOU GIVE A BAD REVIEW WHEN YOU DIDNT READ HOURS. SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY FOR EVERYONE IN THIS COMMUNITY. She gives to my kids every time I go in. We can barely afford clothes, but she ALWAYS makes sure we get what we need. Ive been shopping at this store since last August and will continue to. Before people take the time to write a bad review, especially for customer service, when you NEVER EVEN WENT IN,YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY READ THE HOURS ON THE DOOR AND MEET THE PEOPLE, AT LEAST GO IN THE STORE BEFORE JUDGING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Got there at 10:20 on Thursday morning, but the place was closed with no cars in front. Turned around and headed to next stop. I generously gave them all averages, but I would have to say I could only truly give them a 1 (or a 0) for customer service, since I could not go in.

Place is new and very clean, even smells great! Lady is just a doll and sweet as can be. Great cause and good pricing.
