Waaayyyy overpriced! So sad for those that really need furniture but cannot afford new. This should be a place for them to get what they need. After all, these items have been donated to the store...

Furniture is priced too high. I like most of the employees; but the I do not like any of the management. They are very rude and nasty!

Furniture is oddly priced. The real and fabulous vintage items are priced cheaper than some of the icky newer items. Staff was nice until checkout. Ole girl at the checkout was not very friendly and borderline rude.

employees very very rude - when i was donating items, they seemed very annoyed they had to work to help me unload my car. the employees need to be reminded of their mission statement of being a christian and be helpful to others. I will donate to other organizations from now on, they are so much more appreciative.

Disappointed in the pricing of used, donated furniture. I was able to purchase one item which was new for only a few dollars. Wonder if this store would move more furniture items if they were priced to sell.

Funny, you have a cell phone but can't see your way to print a coupon. Everyone is helpful, smiling and putting out the items to keep the bargains going. Always an adventure to look at the stuff.

Ok guys, lets not forget this is a thrift store. Yes it smells a little, they all do. Prices on furnitureare high? Don'y buy it. Don't like printing your own coupon, then don't. Its not a bad thrift store at all.

The donated items are priced too high for resale There is a no return policy at any St Francis Thrift Store Purchased an item under the impression it was a lower price than what I actually paid for it Did not catch the mistake until I got home, called the store and the manager would not work with me to correct the error.

Sad that because of your "process" you put your "burden" on customers to "print" a coupon and not use a cell phone. Boo on you, I prefer Good Will and other Thrift stores over your "process". Making the public print a coupon so that you can account for your own accounting purpose is inconsiderate. You could easily have printed coupons at register and not place your burden on your customers for your problems in accounting...... no thanks, I choose to shop elsewhere.

The place is not clean and has a strange odor. In my opinion, you really should wear a gas mask. The prices are way to high as well.
