I bought some Ladies Tops last week and I asked what the return policy was. The lady at the register said 30 days. Now they won't give me my money back for the returned items. They said I can only exchange them. Someone needs to make sure all of the people are trained the same. We donate a lot to Goodwill but will go somewhere else where they stand by their word.

Well tried again, selection horrible , stock same, store disorganized, how does goodwill keep building new stores....very strange

This looked like a newer store so I stopped. When I walked in I was really looking forward to some good finds. Well I did find some good items. But then my enthusiasm turned into dismay when I saw the prices. They had a used disney toy for almost $25, this was not a classic collectable either. What was worse was that the toy was broken and missing most of the pieces. They have no real sections either It's mostly clothing and the rest of the items are just dumped onto racks around the perimeter of the store. Many items are dirty and damaged and they have the gall to charge more than retail. Many of the items that looked decent were priced at or above retail. These are used items remember, and they have been donated. So they cost Goodwill NOTHING. I jotted down a few of the items that I saw that I knew could be purchased at WalMart, etc. The next time I was in WM I checked prices, every single item that I checked this Goodwill had priced higher than the regular retail price. I don't know what Goodwill is trying to do but with these kinds of prices it looks like they are trying to squeeze people for every cent.

Strange pricing on books, they think they have some real gems at 3,4,5,9,12 dollars. Stock doesn't change.

This is a relatively new store so it's still pretty clean and doesn't smell like some stores do. I have found some great items and the staff is friendly.
