Store Profile

I'm reviewing the new store. The clothes are organized by color, making it nearly impossible to find something in your size. Stupid idea. Go back to S-M-L-XL

Really hard to find any clothes, but if you go often you can find some decent furniture. The prices are often quite high on furniture but with frequent sales. Wish the folks working there didn't have to deal with so much scum, otherwise they wouldn't be so afraid of us normal, friendly customers.

The new manager of the store, Mr. Williams, is the wrong man for the job. He'd rather walk on hot lava than to speak to customers, (especially minority customers). Some of the items in the NorthLeg Store are ridiculously priced! Frequently junk merchandise is put out for customers. This sends the public the message that they are not appreciated and that they are less worthy of suitable items being available for purchase. It's evident that prices are better as well as the merchandise in the North Augusta store. It seems like the attitude is that the North Leg store does not deserve equal treatment! Send the manager to a training session on how to treat people when you are serving the public!

I'm not sure how they determine what to put out because a lot of it seemed to be stuff that needs thrown out. A lot of books and some gems, but you have to dig.

great and wonderful store to work at and shop too love the enviorment and its employees

Prices too high for a thrift store.
