not open 12-3. Come at 2:45 and they will not let you in and rude about it!

We drive down from Wilmington, De. To support them every other week.

Super clean just remodeled, very happy with my experience today. Staff went out of their way to help me ( I'm deaf) prices are great! I'll go again soon.

Great bargains,do wonderful things with their money.

how quick we will complain .but how fast are you willing to help the volunteers .the ladies oh sorry the senior citizens that are there just to help .the disrespect that I have witnessed to the workers is just wrong.anybody can be a mean and we have plenty of them

I was totally appalled when I saw a volunteer treat a family with such disrespect. The volunteer screamed at them at the top of her lungs, like an animal. This was over something simple/minor. It was not normal! These volunteers need training in communication skills and customer service! There was also another employee, possibly the manager, That did not help the situation in any way, shape or form. It is a shame and I will not shop there. DISGUSTED

I have been trying to contact someone in reference to a donation and no one answers the phone.

There is a volunteer named Lois who is a very unhappy person. I pray she gets help.

People work for nothing !You be nice to them and you get it right back. Keep up the great work!

I too had a very unpleasant experience in this store.Tried to get them to help, had a cast on my leg and they were horrible and I got yelled at by a woman who worked there.

Sad they think and attack anyone that buys to much and calls and labels them resellers .Needs to stop. Love shopping there be they just treat people horrible . Two people ruin it for the true really nice people that donate their time I will miss it there.

I used to love this place. They do a lot of good for the community. But now there is a volunteer there that is very rude. She makes me think of a school hall monitor from Hell. A real life real large female bully. She yells, yes yells at people. Really? This is not a place where unruly people hang out. We are not juveniles who shop here. But she seems to think that it is ok to be rude. I will not go back until she leaves the store. There are many other thrift shops to shop and donate to.

Most workers are nasty and rude, especially the black lady who works in the back, she acts like she hates people. good prices and still fun if you can put up with nasty workers

The most worker s are just down right mean ! Very poor management horrible to children and veery nasty to adults . God bless those mean woman for working for nothing .

We live (year round) in bethany beach and go on a regular basis...I've gone in and gotten a whole new wardrobe and then again I've gone in and found nothing , but normally I'm pleasantly surprised every visit - amazingly cheap top name clothing and anything else you can think of! Get there early to get a good spot in line!

One of the cashiers were nasty, when I asked for a shopping bag, instead of a box, I was told to take the merchandise in a box or not at all. This was hard on me because my leg was in a cast, and a paper bag would have been easier for me to carry. I complained only to find out that the cashier was actually the president of the organization. Nasty woman...

Keep this place a secret! It's amazing!!! The hours are very limited, but then again, the people that work here are not paid, so I've heard. People line up for this place for a reason. Tons of great clothes, books, fantastic pieces of furniture, housewares, and they have stuff out back! And it's all incredibly cheap. For example, I purchased 2 pairs of shorts, a button down shirt, a camera, a throw blanket, and Indian kilim placemats for $7. If your're at the beach and only have time to go to one thrift store, COME HERE. Trust me.

The absolute best thrift shop around. I've bought clothes here for 20 years! Furniture, linens, small appliances...you never know what you'll find.

This thrift store's pricing is great! They have a nice selection of clothes and books.

Love to stop in here when I am in the area. Get in line for when the doors open and watch how the regulars rush to each department. If you don't they may grab something you wish you had grabbed first. It seems to always happen to me. LOL Prices are great and reasonable. As I mention in my other reviews this shop can also be hit or miss. So, wait in line for the door to open.
